Rock Cottage is a family home extended and restored by its owners Sue and Ray Stoddart and sleeps 7/8 people in three rooms. Originally two traditional stone built farm cottages, the comfortable accommodation is all on one level and nestles in the middle of farm land and yet is very near local towns of Haverfordwest, Neyland, Pembroke and historic Milford Haven. The cathedral City of St. Davids is half an hour away and it takes 20 minutes to get to the picturesque seaside town of Tenby.

Enter through the stable door into a beamed vaulted sitting/dining room with a log burner, comfortable seating area, tv, dvd and an oak dining table.This room has a crog loft, a traditional Pembrokeshire open loft area which was used as the bedroom in years gone by.

 

 
 
The large family suite which has a king size bed a 3 foot single with a
pull out bed and room for a travel cot (not provided),opens off the sitting room. This bedroom has an ensuite with a large walk in shower. It also has french doors which open onto the garden and is triple aspect, with views onto the surrounding fields.

   

 Further up the hallway there is another double room and a small twin room. These two rooms share the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

   

 The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob as well as an oil fired aga which is available by arrangement. It has a fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine. There is also a breakfast area and french doors which open onto a gravelled patio into the back garden.

   

Stock fenced and opening out onto organic farm land, the back garden is lawned and faces west. Ideal for watching the sunset.

The front garden is lawned and around the cottage, there are seating areas, thoughtfully situated to enable guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

There is plenty of parking space and a lockable shed which can be used for storage of bikes, boards and wet suits etc.

Furnished to a high standard, bed linen, towels and tea towels included, willing to accept more than 2 dogs and available throughout the year.

Short breaks are available early and late season from £245.
